Live Performance
I sat down to type out some flowery, long-winded escapade on why I love playing live music, but honestly, I could sum it up in just a few words.
Playing live is intoxicating. It’s addicting. An adrenaline rush. When I walk off the stage, I’m already thinking about the next time I’ll be back on.
For me, it’s never been about the crowds or the size of the stage. I’ve learned that playing to ten devoted listeners can sometimes be more valuable than playing to a room of two hundred people who are only half-listening. I simply love to play music, connect with other musicians, and form stories that can only be expressed in the miraculous formation of sound.
My musical journey has led to performances with many notable artists, including, but not limited to:
Andrea Bocelli, Laura Pausini, Danny Ocean, Alejandro Sanz, etc. (via the 2023 Latin Grammy Awards “Person of the Year” Gala)
